Following the completion of a strategic review by IS Pharma's new management team in mid 2006, the Company has been implementing a strategy of building a hospital specialist medicine business focused on commercialising late stage or launched, and therefore low risk, pharmaceuticals and devices, with a focus in critical care, neurology and oncology.

The recently announced acquisition of International Speciality Pharmaceuticals is in line with the Company's strategy to build a solid platform for further acquisitions and gain additional critical mass to drive shareholder value.
